Chaminade Mission League Champs

With a 62-26 win over Cathedral High School (8-2, 3-2) on Friday, November 2, Chaminade (9-1, 5-0) clinched its first, outright Mission League football championship title since 2006. Senior running back, Terrell Newby ’13 scored six times in less than three quarters of play. The win capped off a stellar regular season for the Eagles and earned them home-field advantage for the first round of CIF Western Division Playoffs.

As the second-seed in the Western Division, Chaminade faces off against Pacifica High School (Oxnard) on Friday, November 9. Kick-off is at 7:00 p.m. at Booster Stadium on the School’s West Hills campus.
